Social and emotional learning (SEL) has gained increasing attention in recent years as educators recognize the crucial role it plays in the overall development and well-being of students SEL involves the process through which individuals acquire and apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive sel training for teachers.
